The mise-en-scene is vital for our teaser trailer due to the period drama genre. We need to ensure that no modern day features are seen in the background. We plan to ensure this by filming all our scenes outside. This will limit the chance of any modern day fixtures being seen in the mise-en-scene and it is very unlikely we could find an inside location with early 19th century fixtures. The only possible place to find this sort of location with the correct mise-en-scene would be somewhere like a National Trust stately home but it would be nearly impossible for us to get permission to film somewhere like this.
